Palmers Farm Fly-in 3rd August

Having my wings clipped at the moment I had to drive to Lower Dicker, arriving a bit late, so I was only able to capture a few of the aircraft attending.

Sharing the Sky with Drones – Manchester ADS-B Drone Trial

It’s going to happen, for good or ill.  Electronic conspicuity is going to be part of the solution to making it safe.  However, there are many open questions about just how that is going to work.  Airspace4All recently carried out a trial mixing drones and light GA at Manchester Airport.  You can read about it here: Researching ADS-B for Drones

Airspace4All will also be at the Sywell Rally demonstrating conspicuity kit.  Check it out.

Jet Powered Weight-shift Flying Wing anyone?

Scariest flying machine I’ve seen!  The camera angles are amazing.

Shoreham Bought and Sold … again

The local newspaper have just woken up to the change in ownership at Shoreham; something reported here back in June!   Says something about how such an important local asset is appreciated.  Article in the Brighton Argus.
